Episode 15: Lynette Joy Dawson

Hi there, I hope you enjoy this episode of Whispering Softly about Lynette Joy Simms, later known as Lynette Dawson. Lynette mysteriously disappeared on or around January 8, 1982, leaving behind her two young daughters. Just two days later, her husband, Chris Dawson, moved his 16-year-old girlfriend into their marital home.

Fast forward about 20 years to 2003, when Psychic Medium Debbie Malone, after watching an episode of ABC’s Australian Story, “felt” the spirit of Lynette and believed she was dead. However, it would take another 15 years for the case to heat up. This pivotal moment came in May 2018 with the release of the Teacher’s Pet podcast.
